Referrers

1. Direct Contact
GPs may contact the practice directly by phone or email to discuss suitability, availability, or specific clinical considerations prior to referral.

2. Send Referral Details
Referrals can be sent via email and should include presenting concerns, relevant history, risk considerations, and any supporting documentation (e.g., consult notes, previous reports).

3. Confirmation & Follow-up
Upon receiving a referral, the practice will contact the patient directly to arrange an initial appointment. Referring clinicians will receive confirmation of engagement and updates consistent with ethical and regulatory requirements.
